Shipping policy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping. We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. AmOur is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. We do not issue refunds on lost packages. AmOur does not ship to P.O. Box addresses. 

All items are shipped within 7-10 business days (Monday – Friday), and you will be notified of any delay. Currently, orders are only shipped within Canada and USA. If there is an issue with delivery times or availability, AmOur will contact you via email within 72 hours to discuss the shipping and delivery options. You will be emailed a tracking notification email once your order has shipped. 

We offer a contactless, local delivery option for a flat fee of $10 anywhere in the Greater Vancouver Area.

As a thank you for shopping with AmOur we are pleased to offer complimentary shipping or local delivery for all online orders over $120 CAD (before taxes). Orders that qualify for Complimentary Shipping will be sent via standard service.

Complimentary Shipping is not applicable with returned merchandise. This offer is not valid on previous purchases. This complimentary offer may be modified or terminated at any time without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of a discount. AmOur reserves the right to cancel and/ or not ship an order at any time.
